Alcatraz Plastic Roof Cement

Plastic Roof Cement is a high-grade mastic compound of asphalt and carefully chosen fillers that is formulated to protect a roof from sunlight and water. It is a soft pliable product that will gradually harden to a durable and water resistant seal. It sets firmly yet retains its pliability over a timescale of years.

Plastic Roof Cement repairs holes and cracks in leaking roofs, sealing roof roof flashing to walls and chimneys and it patches holes and cracks in gutters, flashing, slate, tile and cement. For roofs in leaking and bad condition we recommend applying Sampson 303504, Alcatraz Asphalt Roof Coating over the entire surface after patching holes and cracks with Sampson 303500, Alcatraz Plastic Roof Cement.

For Emergency patching situations requiring sealing of wet substrate, we recommend Sampson 303522, WetSeal Plastic Roof Cement.
