Rubber Base Foundation Coating is a premium quality cut-back asphalt modified with butyl rubber for added water resistance and durability. This heavy-bodied coating is easy to apply and forms a smooth, tough, rubber-like film that is highly durable and water resistant. It can be used as a sealer for concrete or as a damp-proof coating were severe water conditions are not present. It can bed used to resurface roofs, especially metal roofs.
